We're looking for an exceptional individual who can take on the role of marketing and managing our community / social media presence.
You'll need to wear a couple of hats, and your skills will have a direct impact on our community, brand, and growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement effective strategies to attract new users and retain existing ones. This includes innovative campaigns, exciting promotions, and meaningful collaborations.
Social Media
Leverage social media platforms to create engaging content, interact with users, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
Community Management
Foster an active, engaged online community around our product. Your role will involve creating a positive and fun environment for fans.
Analytics and Reporting
Keep a pulse on our online reputation by monitoring and reporting on feedback and growth. You'll also utilize social media analytics tools to generate insights to inform strategy.
Must have skills:
- Proven experience in Marketing.
- Experience as a Community Manager (or similar role).
- Expertise in social media management and content creation.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding writing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Football / English Premier League.
